Description

South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA), in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), will be hosting five public meetings around the state to solicit comments prior to the drafting of the 2022 Annual Action Plan and the allocation plans for the HOME, HOME-ARP, Housing Tax Credits, Housing Trust Fund, Emergency Solutions Grants, Community Development Block Grant, and Housing Opportunity Fund Programs.

The purpose of the public meetings is to obtain citizens’ comments, suggestions and ideas to be utilized to draft the plans. Draft plans will be available in February.

Persons interested in making suggestions for changes to the existing plans may do so by appearing at the public meeting, or by sending written comments to SDHDA, attn: Chas Olson, PO Box 1237, Pierre, SD 57501, by fax (605) 773-5154 or emailing to chas@sdhda.org. All comments are due by 5 p.m. CST, February 4, 2022.
