All Aberdeen and Sisseton sessions will continue to be held virtually. Anyone is welcome to register for these virtual sessions. Homebuyer Education offers an overview of the homebuying journey through five chapters: Managing Your Money, Understanding Credit, Obtaining a Mortgage Loan, Shopping for a Home & Protecting your Investment. By attending this course, you may be eligible to receive closing cost assistance to purchase your home. Homebuyer Education is open to the public, first-time & repeat homebuyers and current homeowners. Courses are held monthly in Aberdeen, split between a Tuesday and Thursday evening held virtually via ZOOM, 6-9 pm *both evenings*. |
