South Dakota Housing for the Homeless Consortium (SDHHC) is a statewide organization created in 2000 to help unify the people and organizations who provide services to the homeless. SDHHC identifies gaps and works to create programs and services that make it easier for people to make it on their own. Since inception, SDHHC has received federal funding exceeding $23 million to support development, operations, and support services for a variety of programs across the state.
